Jan 14 2020 My WEEK 2 RESULTS Im pleased to say that Week 2 brought on 2 more lbs of weight loss. I am not a healthcare professional. For someone like me that isnt overweight my BMI is around 23-25 this is a pretty dramatic loss in such a short period of time.

For me and my activity level this would allow me to maintain my current weight. You can begin to lose weight after just 1 week of intermittent fasting but visible changes might not happen until after 8-10 weeks into your diet. Not to mention how well you stick with your schedule.

This means Im fasting for at least 16 hours eating all my days food in 8 hours or less. Breakfast was at 930am and my eating was spread over the day for up to 12 hours. I wound up going off the rails at the end of the month never getting back on track.
